Sasada A, Tabata S, Abe M, Abe H Abe Cancer Clinic Abstract In this report, we present an 89-year old woman with recurrent adenocarcinoma of lung after 2 courses of radiation therapy. She was treated with 6 injections of dendritic cell immunotherapy targeting WT1, C125, hTERT and MAGEA3 as cancer antigens at our clinic as an out-patient. She also received 6 administrations of natural killer cells as hybrid immunotherapy. The patient showed remarkable decrease in size of lung masses as well as decrease in tumor markers after dendritic cells and natural killer cells hybrid immunotherapies. Immunotherapy could be the effective choice for elderly cancer patients without critical side effects.
